Whether the requirement is for a simple pump frame, basic mobile CIP skid or a fully automated membrane filtration system, our qualified engineers work closely with each customer tracking every stage of their order to ensure that all requirements are fully complied with.

Engineering design, procurement and manufacture is in compliance with PED and ATEX Directives as well as EHEDG and ASME BPE hygienic specifications.  FAT/SAT testing and operational training is conducted to the highest of standards.

  • We use the latest 3D camera scanning software to give the best possible 3D experience  to enable the visualisation of individual components and assemblies which is of benefit to customers wishing to develop an idea or progress to a prototype.
  • Welders and weld procedures are approved to ASME IX, BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017 and BS EN 15614-1:2017+A1:2019 by an Approved Body and are fully competent in the use of a wide range of corrosion-resistant superalloys including exotic alloys;  Hastelloy®, Duplex®,, Inconel®, and Monel® as well as high performance engineering plastics such as PEEK®,,
  • Our engineers have extensive process expertise across a wide range of industries and applications with specialist knowledge in determining materials compatibility when sourcing process equipment and fittings.
  • We provide full inspection, testing and certification –  equipment is supplied with a full Installation and Operating Manual (IOM) which contains a documented risk assessment and CE certification where appropriate.
