Working closely with our customers to ensure a full understanding of each individual requirement, our technical engineers will determine key factors such as:

• Shear and sensitivity of the product
• How is it to be integrated into the process
• Does it need to be manual or automatic
• What operating temperature and what cleaning regime is most effective?

An appropriate risk assessment is carried out at the design stage and any requirements for CE Marking and Notified Body approvals will be determined.

Our Bespoke skids and systems can range from a small blending pilot plant for research applications up to full scale, fully automatic manufacturing systems incorporating agitators, dosing and blending equipment such as flow metres and load cell systems, homogenizers, vessels (upto 15,000 litres) and tank fittings. Axium’s renowned wedge wire stainless steel filters are also available for pre filtration and last chance duties that require further removal of any agglomerates following the blending process.
