Designed for maximum strength and consistent performance with excellent flow characteristics, the Pure Screen 316L Stainless Steel Filter is suited to a wide range of hygienic process applications. The wedge wire construction is ideal for separating solids and particles such as grits and seeds, while simultaneously breaking down and dispersing agglomerates. This robust and versatile filter range reliably delivers a smooth consistently filtered product
- 316L stainless steel 4″ OD housing as standard
- Strong welded structure with a high precision spiral wound screen
- 90° and in-line filter housing options as standard (straight-through option available upon request)
- Mechanical clearance seal (no ‘O’ ring to fail or replace)
- Replacement/interchangeable screens (sintered mesh and perforated tube screen options available)
- Suitable for backflushing
- Clean-in-place (CIP) and Steam-in-place (SIP) capability

EASY MAINTENANCE – NO TOOLS REQUIRED FOR CLEANING OR ACCESS
Routine cleaning of the filter element can be done simply by removing the element from the housing after it has been isolated from the system. Alternatively, the filter can be cleaned-in-place (CIP) or periodically backflushed.

Our filters are manufactured in accordance with ASME-BPE principles and have material traceability to BS EN 10204 (3.1). We provide:
