Axium Process is a leading, UK based, Hygienic Engineering Company.  We develop, design and manufacture, high-end systems and components with a primary focus on the Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Food, Beverage, Dairy, Cosmetic and Chemical sectors.

Design and manufacturing is in compliance with  EU, PED and ATEX Directives and follows EHEDG and ASME BPE guidelines.

• Welders and weld procedures are approved to ASME IX, BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017 and BS EN 15614-1:2017+A1:2019 by an Approved Body covering a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel, Hastelloy^®, Duplex^®,, Inconel^®, and Monel^® , Titanium and Aluminium Alloys.
• We manufacture components from performance engineering plastics, such as PEEK^®
• Our engineers have considerable process knowledge and expertise, covering an extensive range of industries and applications
• Using 3D camera scanning, we rapidly ensure the best visual experience without disruption.
• Projects are supplied with comprehensive Dossier Packs containing full inspection, testing and certification records.
• Functional process equipment is backed up with full training and technical support.
• Systems are supplied with detailed Installation and Operational Manuals.
