One filter housing – three filter screen design options

Axium’s universal stainless steel filter housing can accommodate our three distinct filter screens. Each screen has specialist capabilities making them suitable for multiple applications across industries including pharmaceutical, food, beverage, dairy, confectionery and chemical.  The universal housing is fixed in-place, but the element can be rapidly switched to change filtration levels or to install another type of screen.

• Filtration levels from 5 micron up to 6000 micron (nominal) as standard
• Standard screen options include stainless steel wedge wire and sintered mesh ( perforated sheet options available)
• End connections to suit customer requirements (Clamp, RJT, DIN, SMS, IDF, BSP & Flange)
• Line size ranges from 1″ up to 3″ with custom sizes available on request
• Suitable for backflushing, CIP (clean-in-place), SIP (steam-in-place)
• Stand-alone, duplex, triplex, multiplex, large capacity and jacketed options available

High Flow Capacity Filters:

Our high capacity 6″ body filter has been designed for customers that have a limited footprint but require a high flow capacity.   This range of filters is being used across a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, food, beverage, dairy and chemical.

REPLACING A FILTER ELEMENT COULDN’T BE EASIER

Fine Screen 100 Series  – Sintered Mesh Filter- 5µm to 50µm
Designed for micro levels of filtration, the Fine-Screen 316L Stainless Steel Filter is suitable for very high security applications.

Pure Screen 100 Series – Wedge Wire Filter – 50µm to 2000µm
Designed for maximum strength and consistent performance with excellent flow characteristics, the Pure Screen 316L Stainless Steel Filter is suited to a wide range of hygienic process applications.

EconPlus –  Perforated Tube Filter – 2mm to 8mm
Designed for general purpose filtration, the EconPlus 316L Stainless Steel Filter is suited to coarse filtration.
